Prior to the installation of the App, it is essential to review the following information, as it contains significant details regarding its functionality.

This App facilitates connectivity to Premier 48 - 168, Premier Elite 12 - 640, and Premier International 412 - 832 control panels using compatible iPhone or iPad devices. A ComIP, ComGSM, or Chiron IRIS module must be connected to a Premier or Premier Elite control panel to utilize the App's features.

Features include:

• Virtual Keypad: This feature allows users to access their system using a digital representation of a keypad. A basic portrait keypad is available for iPhone devices.
• Smartkey / Basic Arming: Users can arm, part arm, disarm, and reset their alarm systems. The App supports the activation of up to three outputs (dependent on the control panel) for functions such as lighting control. With 'Basic Arming' enabled, this limit increases to eight outputs.
• X10 Control: Control up to eight X10 devices (control panel dependent), useful for managing lighting and similar applications.
• Event Log: Review the last 25 logged events for system activity.
• Site Profiles: Users can add and delete up to nine predefined site profiles for convenience and organization.
• Start Screen: Customize which screen the App launches on, with options including Menu, Smartkey/Arming, Keypad, Connect To Site, or Cameras.
• Push and Email Notifications: Receive updates regarding system status through push notifications or emails. Registration is required for this service, and configurations must be made by your alarm company to enable push notifications.
• IP Cameras: View and record from up to four IP cameras, featuring PTZ controls.

Account Conversion:

If you select 'New Layout', the application will automatically convert existing accounts. Should this process fail, navigate back to the login screen and ensure that valid login details are entered. Press and hold on the screen below the Login button until a confirmation message appears.
